Atlantic Man. strengthens its production departments by introducing a new fully automatic working line, able to manufacture hose clamps ranging from a diameter of 60 up to 250, in various bandwidths.
Thanks to this new, more performing machinery, which is added to the currently operating systems, now we can automatically produce any size of stainless-steel bolt clamps, effectively responding to the needs of an increasingly dynamic and flexible market like that of clamping.
Excellent Quality Standards
Our new production line is fully electrically powered: this allows to control with precision and consistency every single movement, offering the market reliable and resistant products even in the most demanding applications.
High Sustainability
Delta 3, eliminating all compressed air movements and hydraulic traction, allows to manufacture heavy duty clamps without having to manage polluting residues at the margins of production phases. Moreover, the power consumption is mainly supported by green energy, supplied by our photovoltaic system.
High Productivity
Thanks to this new production line, from now we can distribute to the market about one and a half million extra pieces per year compared to the past, responding promptly to the needs of the agricultural, naval, automotive, industrial, food and DIY sectors.
